Brent Anderson was born in 1957 here in Muskogee and attended Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma. In his first career he spent 25 years working retail with the family business, Anderson Wholesale. In 2001 he became a member of the PGA of America and started his career in the golf business. Brent has been at Muskogee Golf Club for over 17 years and is the only Certified Golf Club Technician within 40 miles. His hobbies are spending time with his 3 lovely grandchildren, golfing when he can, and doing yard work!Email
The son of a sailor, Darrell was born in Wakegan, IL . After serving two tours in the Vietnam War, his father retired in 1979 and moved Darrell and rest of the family back to his hometown of Muskogee. At a young age, Darrell found his love for sports and excelled in baseball and football. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and camping. In 1989 he graduated from Muskogee High School.
Darrell is a devoted father of two wonderful sons, Kanyon and Carson, and loving husband to Susan. He has spent most of his adult life coaching youth sports such as baseball, football and basketball, getting to know a lot of Muskogee’s youth and loving every
minute of it.Now that his kids have outgrown youth sports, he revels in passing along his fishing skills to them and spending time every chance he gets on the boat or creek bank at the Baron Fork.
Darrell started working at Muskogee Country Club in 2003 and rose to 1st Assistant in 2008, honing in his skills under Derron Day and Keith Callery. His love of Muskogee Golf and Country Club’s tradition and tree lined fairways drives his hard work ethic towards making Muskogee Golf Club something the membership can be proud of. He is honored to have this opportunity to give back to the golf course and town he loves so much.

Meet Clyde Hill, one of our New PGA Head Golf Professional here at Muskogee Golf Club. Clyde worked as one of the PGA Professionals at Indian Springs Country Club. Clyde and his family moved to the Tulsa area in 2018 and lives in Bixby, OK. Clyde moved here from Kentucky where he was the Golf Manager/Director of Golf for Lindsey Golf Course, Fort Knox, KY from 1998 to 2018.
Clyde is married to Shay Hill and has two daughters, Cameron and Jaycee. Shay’s job at the Army Corp of Engineers moved them to the Tulsa area in 2018.
Clyde first began playing golf in 1982 at the age of 18 and felt an immediate connection for the game. As a result of his passion for golf, he chose to make it his career and turned professional in April of 1991. His first position was as an assistant professional at Jeffersonville Elks Golf Club in Jeffersonville, Indiana from 1991 to March 1994. He then worked for Fuzzy Zoeller upon the opening of Covered Bridge Golf Club in Sellersburg, Indiana from 1994 to 1996. In 1997 Clyde worked teaching and playing golf where he eventually landed the Golf Manager’s position at Lindsey Golf Course, Fort Knox, Kentucky. Over Clyde’s twenty years at Fort Knox, he touched the lives of countless Soldiers, retirees, families and local communities in general through lessons, clinics, outings and more. Clyde has been actively involved in the Louisville Kentucky, First Tee Program, Kentucky State Special Olympics and the Kentucky PGA Hope Program.
Clyde has 32+ years’ experience as a PGA Golf Professional and brings with him to The Club at Indian Springs a wealth of knowledge in all facets of the golf operations from tournaments, outings, golf lessons, playing ability, rules of golf and golf shop merchandising.
In addition, Clyde is a Certified Master Club Fitter for Taylormade and brings a wealth of knowledge to The Club at Indian Springs for custom club fittings with the newest equipment. Besides the Taylormade brand, Clyde is also available to fit a variety of brands, such as Callaway, Ping and Titleist, to ensure the clubs you play benefit you and your game.
Clyde enjoys working with people of all ages and all skill levels in order to grow the game of golf. He is a firm believer in analyzing each player’s ability and making improvements to his or her swing by focusing on the basic fundamentals of balance, posture, grip, club positioning and ball flight laws. Clyde is a student of the game and works to equip each individual with a skillset that will make a positive impact on his or her game by incorporating drills that can be utilized during and after the lesson.
